User Control

GeneXus offers the possibility of implementing our own controls and having them available in GeneXus IDE as if they were just another control.
That mechanism is what we call user controls and undoubtedly, this extensibility of GeneXus facilitates the creation of applications that are stronger, richer and more attractive to the end user.

Remember that there is a version of Uploadify HTML5 that is compatible at GeneXus code level with this version, so it can be migrated quickly. Uploadify HTML5 User Control is available from GeneXus X Evolution 1 onwards (including GeneXus 17). It is a paid control, developed and maintained by Simplifica Software (creators of Ignia Framework).
